A driver has been seriously injured after a car overturned on the M27 during rush hour.
One person suffered a serious injury after the crash on the westbound carriageway between junctions ten and nine this morning.
Emergency services were called after the incident at around 7.30am on approach to Whiteley.
All traffic was held initially, causing long delays.

The road was then partially reopened but lane one continued to be closed off with police remaining on the scene.
Skid marks could be seen running from the middle lane into lane one.
The barrier on approach to the exit for Whiteley was also dented.
Motorists faced further delays a short way along the motorway as traffic built up due to an ongoing road closure between Bursledon and Eastleigh.
